Welcome to agsportscards.com. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to A.G. Sports Cards. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING

We specialize in Pokemon TCG, Sports Cards, and Collectibles.

Market Volatility: You acknowledge that the trading card market is volatile. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 4 - FINAL SALES AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed. We do not accept general exchanges; however, we provide replacements or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Our specific rules regarding damaged items and refund processing timelines can be found in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from A.G. Sports Cards are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of A.G. Sports Cards and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of A.G. Sports Cards.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Denton County, Texas.
