A: Orders process within 3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days.

A: Shipping costs is based on weight of the order. We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for all other orders.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All Sales Are Final At A.G. Sports Cards & Collectibles, we specialize in Pokémon TCG, Sports Cards, And Collectibles, offering collectors and players authentic, high-quality products. Due to the collectible and fluctuating market value of trading cards, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: We carefully inspect and securely package all products before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number and shipping details
We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

A: Sorry, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Q: Are your sports cards authentic?
A: Yes! We guarantee that all trading cards we sell are 100% authentic. We source our products directly from reputable distributors, manufacturers, and trusted collectors.
Q: Do you sell graded cards?
A: No Currently we do not offer any graded cards we hope to very soon!
Q: Can I request a specific card or product?

Q: Do you buy sports cards?
A: Yes, we do! If you have sports cards you’re interested in selling, please send us an email with details and photos, and we’ll review your submission.
