Refund and Return Policy

At agsportscards.com, we specialize in Pokemon TCG, Sports Cards, and Collectibles. Due to the collectible nature and fluctuating market value of trading cards, we maintain specific policies to ensure the integrity of our inventory for all collectors.


1. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or returned for "change of mind" or buyer's remorse. We do not accept general exchanges; however, we provide replacements or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect as detailed in Section 2 below. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting and securely packaging every order. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit or you receive the incorrect product, we will make it right.

  • Reporting Window: Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Required Info: Email info@agsportscards.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
  • Resolution: If the damage or error is verified, we will provide a replacement/exchange (if stock is available). If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. (Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the funds to your account).
  • Return Shipping Cost: For verified damaged or incorrect items, agsportscards.com will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to the customer ($0.00).
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for damaged or defective returns ($0.00).

3. Factory-Sealed Products

For factory-sealed trading card products (Booster Boxes, ETBs, etc.), we cannot accept returns for minor cosmetic imperfections in the outer shrink-wrap or packaging (such as small tears or corner dings), as these do not affect the internal contents.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, agsportscards.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

5. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all Pokemon TCG and Sports Cards sold on our site are 100% authentic and sourced directly from reputable retail partners and distributors.
