Orders & Payments

  • Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    • A: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

  • Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    • A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Q: Where do you ship?

    • A: We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Q: How long does shipping take?

    • A: Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, cutoff 5:00 PM CST). Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days.

  • Q: How much does shipping cost?

    • A: Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order and are calculated at checkout. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 within the U.S.

  • Q: How can I track my order?

    • A: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns & Refunds

  • Q: What is your return policy?

    • A: All Sales Are Final. At A.G. Sports Cards, we specialize in Pokémon TCG and Sports Cards. Due to the collectible nature and fluctuating market value of trading cards, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

    • A: We carefully inspect and securely package all products before shipping. If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 hours of delivery with:

      1. Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

      2. Your order number and shipping details.

    • We will assess the situation and work to resolve it via a refund, replacement, or carrier claim.

  • Q: Do you offer refunds?

    • A: Generally, no. All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the specific case of items proven to be damaged during transit, as outlined above.

Products & Authenticity

  • Q: Are your cards authentic?

    • A: Yes! We guarantee that all trading cards we sell are 100% authentic. We source our products directly from reputable distributors, manufacturers, and trusted collectors.

  • Q: Do you sell graded cards?

    • A: No, we do not currently offer graded cards, but we hope to very soon!

  • Q: Can I request a specific card or product?

    • A: Absolutely! If you’re searching for a particular card, contact us at info@agsportscards.com, and we’ll do our best to help you find it.

  • Q: Do you buy sports cards?

    • A: Yes! If you have cards you are interested in selling, please email us with details and photos for our review.
